What Are We Looking for in the Ideal Candidates?

We are seeking an experienced Inside Sales Representative. This ideal candidate will serve as a primary source of contact delivering extraordinary customer focus while providing support to team members, clients, and other sales staff.


What will you be doing?

· Respond to RFQ's and develop pricing and margin strategies for aerospace fastener and component parts.

· Provide service support to Customers, Distributors, and Channel Partners.

· Record and process orders and/or inquiries received by mail, telephone and/or through customer personal contact.

· Resolve routine customer issues.

· Serve as communication link between customers and sales staff to assure responsiveness and satisfaction.

· Work Excel reports (Align & Customer) including Open Order Report.

· Track order activity and alert appropriate staff of any potential delivery problems. Coordinate with internal team to resolve delivery issues.

Requirements for this position include:

· 5+ years of aerospace or distribution sales experience

· Knowledge of the aerospace hardware market including suppliers and OEMs

· Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills (verbal and written)

· Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs (Word and Excel)

· Organization and time-management skills

· Effective collaborator and team member

· Proven ability to meet sales goals


Skill & Experience Requirements:

· Years of experience: 5 + years in sales

· Education Requirements: Minimum AA Degree. Additional education and/or related training a plus.

· Excel skills: Intermediate
