**Responsibilities of Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA):**
- Conduct patient assessments to develop individualized behavior intervention plans.
- Implement applied behavior analysis techniques to support children with autism.
- Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care.
- Maintain accurate and confidential medical records following HIPAA guidelines.
- Provide patient care with a focus on behavioral health and special education needs.
- Utilize medical terminology effectively in documentation and communication.

**Requirements for Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA):**
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
- Experience working with children, particularly those with autism spectrum disorder.
- Proficiency using ReThink.
- Experience in Home Therapy settings.
- Proficiency in applied behavior analysis principles and techniques.
- Knowledge of special education practices and methodologies.
- Familiarity with medical records management and HIPAA regulations.
- Strong interpersonal skills for working effectively with individuals and groups.
