Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Analyst - F35 PROGRAM
Full-Time Primary Location: Arlington, VA – Crystal City, Wright Patterson, Air Force Base (AFB)

We are currently hiring an experienced Foreign Military Sales subject matter expert (FMS Analyst) to support multiple locations for all F- 35 Fleet users, including U.S. Services, International Partners, and Foreign Military Sales programs. Active Secret Clearance or the ability to attain one is required. Duties and Responsibilities:
• Serves as the focal point for all F- 35 Fleet users to ensure P&F integration and the delivery of 5th Generation combat capability to Fleet Warfighters.
• Provide logistics analysis, management, and administrative support to the FMS Program Management teams and F-35 Program Management Offices for development of logistics and sustainment solutions meeting country requirements within the scope of the F-35 Global Support Solution (GSS) supporting Letter of Offer and Acceptance (LOA) development. Interface with other F-35 PMOs regarding logistics requirements and execution of logistics and sustainment support for FMS customers.
• Provide logistics analysis, management, and administrative support to the FMS Program Management teams and F-35 Program Management Offices for development of logistics and sustainment solutions meeting country requirements within the scope of the F-35 Global Support Solution (GSS) supporting LOA execution. Interface with other F-35 PMOs regarding logistics requirements and execution of logistics and sustainment support for FMS customers.
• Provide subject matter expertise on pre-Letter of Request (LOR) and case development activities, including writing LOR and establishing, developing and executing requirements, in order to speed up the LOR to Letter of Offer and Acceptance (LOA) cycle time
• Assist in program & systems management, scheduling, risk management, budgeting/funding, integration, life cycle logistics, staging, storage, transportation assessments/planning, surveys, and training
• Interface with international customers, program’s prime contractor, and other F-35 PMOs
• Conduct tracking DSCA-prescribed metrics
• Support internal Directorate acquisition processes and strategies
• Aid in developing the Manpower Requirements Package (MRP), Manpower Travel Data Sheet (MTDS), and Resource Management Information Systems (RMIS)
• Assist with planning, organization, and control of FMS case requirements, as well as future sustainment support
• P&A/Pre-LOA Activities:
- LOR interpretation
- Develop mature Propose Line Structure (PLS) in-line with LOR - Attend Stakeholders meetings Qualifications and Skills:
• ACTIVE Secret Clearance or the ability to attain one
• Previous knowledge and experience in aviation and F-35 program preferred
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience
• 5-7 years’ experience in the Life Cycle of Foreign Military Sales (FMS) and its related fields of logistics, financial management, military educations and training, transportation, and database management tools.
• Knowledge of DOD FMS processes and procedures as outlined in the Security Assistance Management Manual (SAMM)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PPT, Project, and Outlook) as well as SharePoint
• Strong communication, problem-solving, analytics, troubleshooting, and decision- making skills
