This position will be located in West Long Branch, NJ, but may consider other locations. Also, the desired candidate must be willing to travel to our care centers throughout New Jersey.

Regional Patient Access CPC-RCM
- will supervise all front-end patient registration input, educate the front-end staff at the care center sites, and train on financial counseling strategies.
- Other duties include providing guidance and coverage for accuracy of quality, measures and provides ongoing staff training when trends are identified and need to be addressed.
- Creates and provides scorecards for each location.
- This position aims to ensure high-quality patient service and accuracy of information affecting both pre- and post-visit processing for services rendered
The Regional Patient Access CPC-RCM must have the following qualifications and experience:
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 6 months experience in the field or related area.
- Licenses/Certifications: Must have at least one of the following credentials: RHIA (Registered Health Information Administrator), RHIT (Registered Health Information Technician), CCA (Certified Coding Associate), CPC-A (Certified Professional Coder - Apprentice), or any American Health Information Management Association (AHIMA) coding credential, or any American Academy of Professional Coders (AAPC) coding credential.
