The Medical Receptionist Call Center Responsibilities are:
• Registering and schedule patients seeking an appointment via phone or electronic correspondence
• Enter and verify demographic information
• Obtain appropriate records for appointment
• Schedule follow up appointments
•Cancel and reschedule appointments
• Work tasks in a timely manner with appropriate documentation
• Utilize Excel spreadsheet in daily work.
• Retrieve voicemail messages from Scheduling voicemail box
