We are excited to announce we are looking for a Full-Time, Scheduling Coordinator at Gastroenterology Group of Northern New Jersey in Englewood, NJ.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a medical or healthcare setting preferred
  • Certification in medical office administration or a related field preferred.
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred

Responsibilities:
  • Greet patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Manage appointment scheduling and confirm patient visits.
  • Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries regarding services and procedures.
  • Maintain and update patient records and ensure confidentiality is upheld.
  • Assist with billing and insurance verification processes.
