As a Security Officer Armed Licensed Patrol in Pacific Palisades, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a financial institution location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns through established protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.
• Monitor access points and restricted areas, verify credentials as required, and assist with controlling entry and exit activity in accordance with site policies.
• Perform assigned armed post duties, including maintaining readiness with authorized equipment and supporting emergency response actions consistent with Allied Universal standards and site requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess an armed guard card/license.
• Provide proof of a high school diploma or GED as required by the client.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
