What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and sharing relevant details with site contacts and/or local public services when needed.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, entrances, loading zones, and perimeter areas to help to deter unwanted activity and/or identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials where required, and report unauthorized persons, suspicious activity, and/or maintenance concerns that could affect daily property operations.
• Support incident reporting, field communications, and follow-up tasks related to property rules, tenant concerns, and/or after-hours activity while maintaining a professional presence throughout the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess an armed guard card/license.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
