What You'll Do:

  • Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location.
  • Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, communicating with site contacts and/or first responders as appropriate.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, production areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify potential concerns.
  • Monitor access points and verify credentials for authorized personnel, visitors, and deliveries in accordance with site protocols and restricted-area requirements.
  • Document observations, incidents, and daily activities in clear reports, and report maintenance, operational, and/or security-related issues to site leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

  • An active DoD Secret Clearance is required.
  • A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
