We are seeking compassionate and skilled Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our healthcare team, serving patients across a variety of settings within the Allina Health Group.
*Job Summary:*
Nursing is the diagnosis and treatment of human response to actual or potential health problems. This includes establishing an intentional therapeutic relationship between a registered nurse and a patient and family. As a leader and the integrator of care, the professional nurse has the responsibility, authority, and accountability for planning, coordinating and evaluating the patient’s care needs.
Specializes in the care of patients who suffer from various conditions of the cardiovascular system.
*Required Qualifications:*
* Associate's or Vocational degree required
* Tier 1: One year telemetry RN experience
* Tier 2: One year med/surg RN experience
* Tier 3: New Grad RN
*Licenses/Certifications:*
* Associate's or Vocational degree required
* Licensed Registered Nurse - MN Board of Nursing required if working in the state of MN upon hire or BLS Tier 1 - Basic Life Support - Multisource required by completion of orientation
* ACLS Tier 2 required for identified units per hiring manager
