This position involves managing the design, implementation, and optimization of data-driven solutions that support the company's strategic objectives. The role focuses on ensuring the efficient analysis and reporting of data, enabling key decision-makers to leverage business intelligence (BI) to drive results. A day in the life of our Head of Business IntelligenceLead and develop the Business Intelligence (BI) function, focusing on data architecture, data warehousing, enterprise reporting, and the implementation of BI strategies aligned with organizational goalsIn collaboration with Data Engineering, work to establish and implement data warehouse and data mart best practices and requirementsCollaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure BI solutions meet organizational needs, ensuring data governance, quality, compliance, and seamless integration with existing infrastructureManage the development and deployment of enterprise reporting solutions, providing decision-makers with accurate, and timely insightsDirect and guide BI teams through operational planning, project management, cost monitoring, and ensuring projects are delivered on time within budgetManage a team of business intelligence professionals fostering a high-performance culture that encourages innovation and continuous improvementSet clear goals and expectations, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance evaluations to ensure team members are developing their skills and contributing effectively to the organization’s objectivesWho We’re Looking ForMinimum of 8-10 years of experience in business intelligence, data architecture, or a related field, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership or management roleBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Management, or a related field. A master's degree is preferredStrong knowledge of BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, etc.), data warehousing, data marts, and database management systems. Experience with data governance and quality managementProven ability to lead and develop teams, with experience in managing cross-functional projects and collaborating with senior leadershipExcellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical information to non-technical audiencesStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and manage routine operational plans and resolve issues effectivelyThe salary range for this role is $170,000 - $194,000.
