Requirements LOCUMS- Emergency Medicine *UPDATE**- Still looking for one more provider 7-8 shifts a month. Mainly night shifts are needed now. I'm working on getting a list of specific shifts still needing covered and will update here once I have it. Shift times: 6a-4p, 11a-9p, 3p-12a, 9p-6a, 11p-8aLooking for 1 provider. CA Licensed only. Must be Board Certified in EMSJE Open Shifts (subject to change): -10/31 9p-6a and 3p-12a and 11p-8a - 11/1- 11p-8a-11/29 9p-6a -11/30 11p-8a-12/23 11p-8a-12/27 6a-4p-12/26-29 11p-8a-12/30-31 11a-9p -1/3 3p-12a-1/11 6a-4p-1/17-18 3p-12a-1/17-18 9p-6a-1/18 11p-8a*UPDATE*- We have split the ARs for this job and worksites. IF you provider is interested in SJE and Redwood please make sure they are bid to both jobs. *Please note there are requirements around OT and guaranteed hours, make sure this is reflected in the bid* - OT after: 10 hours (OT must be pre-approved by the medical director by end of shift) - Guaranteed hours: 9 hours
