We're seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team.

Job Summary

We're seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide high-quality, evidence-based behavioral therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and related developmental disabilities. As an RBT, you will work closely with our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to develop and implement individualized treatment plans, while maintaining a positive and supportive relationship with our clients and their families.

Responsibilities

  • Implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA

  • Collect and record data on client behavior and progress

  • Collaborate with BCBAs to develop and modify treatment plans

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment

  • Provide support and guidance to clients and their families

  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of client sessions and progress

Requirements

  • Master's degree in a related field (e.g., Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education)

  • Minimum 1 year of experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and related developmental disabilities

  • Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification through the Behavior Analysis Certification Board (BACB)

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
