Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Patterson, Georgia. As an RBT, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality behavioral therapy services to children with autism and other developmental disabilities. Responsibilities

  • Provide one-on-one behavioral therapy services to clients in their homes or in our clinic

  • Implement behavior plans developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to address client goals and objectives

  • Collect data on client behavior and progress, and communicate effectively with BCBAs and other team members

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client services and progress

  • Collaborate with families and caregivers to develop and implement individualized behavior plans

  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with best practices in ABA therapy

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or certificate in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)

  • Completion of a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) training program and certification

  • At least 1 year of experience working with children with autism and other developmental disabilities

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Excellent communication and documentation skills

  • Ability to travel to client homes and clinics in Patterson, Georgia
