We are currently seeking passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our dynamic team and help us continue to provide the highest level of care for the pediatric population!


Key Responsibilities:

As a BCBA at Amenity Health Services, your role will include, but not be limited to, the following:

  • Client Assessment & Treatment Planning: Conduct thorough assessments for clients diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder, and prepare comprehensive assessment reports. Develop treatment plans that include recommendations for intervention and supervision hours.

  • Intervention Delivery & Compliance: Ensure that clients and caregivers receive interventions regularly. Provide offers to meet DMHC and other regulatory requirements, ensuring ongoing compliance.

  • Collaboration with Stakeholders: Attend and support school IEPs/ARDs. Provide collaboration opportunities with teaching staff and other stakeholders, fostering teamwork and enhancing service delivery.

  • Ongoing Client Progress Monitoring: Observe and assess client skills, tracking progress to inform recommendations for intervention adjustments. Select and implement appropriate interventions for clients experiencing gaps in care.

  • Supervision & Support: Manage a caseload of 7-10 clients and offer continuous guidance and supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and/or Behavior Technicians (BTs), ensuring quality care and adherence to clinical practices.

  • Regulatory Compliance & Reporting: Review and ensure progress reports and treatment plans meet regulatory agency requirements, funding source specifications, and clinical accuracy.

  • Professional Development: Actively participate in continuing education initiatives, providing presentations to network providers, and working to achieve role-related competencies.


Requirements:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification with at least one year of experience in the field.
  • Completion of supervision certification.
  • Experience working with pediatric patients diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder and developmental disorders.
  • CPR Certification.
