- This job is a member of the Investor Relations Team within the Finance Division.
- Responsible for maintaining and improving relations and communications between the company and its shareholders, the investing public, and other members of the financial community
What you'll do
- Responds to inquiries from the public (retail & institutional), including individual investors and buy and sell side investors/analysts
- Analyzes the financial and operating metrics of the company and other airlines and creates reports/presentations
- Oversees creation of annual report
- Coordinates and manages annual shareholder meeting
- Communicates Wall Street perceptions to internal senior leadership team
- Develops and implements investor communication strategies
- Completes ad-hoc projects/reports related to the company’s investor relations efforts
All you'll need for success
Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field or equivalent experience/training
- 5 years' experience in a finance-related position
Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
- Advanced degree in related field or equivalent experience/training
Skills, Licenses & Certifications
- Knowledge of SEC regulations pertaining to publicly traded companies (i.e., disclosure regulations)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; professional presentation and reporting skills
- Ability to interact effectively and professionally with all levels of employees within the organization
- Ability to represent the Company favorably and professionally to external audiences
- Strong decision-making abilities
- Excellent analytical thinking abilities
- Ability to work independently
