• This job is a member of the Investor Relations Team within the Finance Division.
• Responsible for maintaining and improving relations and communications between the company and its shareholders, the investing public, and other members of the financial community

What you'll do

• Responds to inquiries from the public (retail & institutional), including individual investors and buy and sell side investors/analysts
• Analyzes the financial and operating metrics of the company and other airlines and creates reports/presentations
• Oversees creation of annual report
• Coordinates and manages  annual shareholder meeting
• Communicates Wall Street perceptions to internal senior leadership team
• Develops and implements investor communication strategies
• Completes ad-hoc projects/reports related to the company’s investor relations efforts
   

All you'll need for success

Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field or equivalent experience/training
• 5 years' experience in a finance-related position

Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

• Advanced degree in related field or equivalent experience/training

Skills, Licenses & Certifications

• Knowledge of SEC regulations pertaining to publicly traded companies (i.e., disclosure regulations)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; professional presentation and reporting skills
• Ability to interact effectively and professionally with all levels of employees within the organization
• Ability to represent the Company favorably and professionally to external audiences
• Strong decision-making abilities
• Excellent analytical thinking abilities
• Ability to work independently
