The Technology Risk Analytics organization is seeking an Information Security Manager who can perform the role of hands-on program manager who can efficiently fulfill multiple responsibilities. This candidate should be able to perform data analysis, support audit queries, assist with program management and manage vendor relationship.  This role will report to the Director of Cyber Analytics Active Intelligence team and will work in collaboration with business analysts, developers, architects, data/control owners.  This position demands a well-organized, action-oriented team player with the ability to prioritize daily work and work on multiple initiatives simultaneously. Strong interpersonal communications skills are required.DescriptionAct as a liaison between the development teams and auditors to track audit requests/enquiries and provide timely responses – will need to independently represent the team and team’s position to external auditorsQuickly understand the platform and different applications to support audit enquiries effectivelyExecute SQL queries to fulfil audit requestsBe able to work independently without having to reach out to the developers to answer audit queriesStreamline the process and identify ways to automate steps that will assist in quickly responding to repeat audit queriesWork with Staff Architect to periodically review the controls established against the business/technology processesCoordinate and oversee control testing performed by other teamsAssist Release Train Engineer in managing the SAFe Agile processes/ceremoniesFacilitate Scrum of Scrum callsAssist with planning for the PI Planning sessionsCreate Status Reports for senior leadershipService data/report requestsManage request pipelineUnderstand the data requests, follow governance process, and create reports/data extracts to service the requestManage Vendor RelationshipAssist with Third Party relationship management Serve as the liaison between development teams and third partyMinimum QualificationsHaving 5-6 years of experience as Business Analysts with some technical background to understand and write SQL queriesMust have experience working with auditors and regulatorsGood written and oral communication skillsExpert in using project management tools like JIRAGood understanding of software development lifecycle & agile frameworkQualificationsSalary Range: $110,000.00 to $190,000.00 annually + bonus + benefitsThe above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition.
