FIGHTER SME - SECRET WITH SECURITY CLEARANCE

A week in the life of aFighter SMEincludes: * All aspects of A/A fighter mission planning and execution of all A/A aspects of ECC operations. * Oversee all A/A centric LVC-OT missions that the DTOC produces. * Participate as Event Controller for multiple LVC-OT event types while maintaining focus on A/A events to include: * Conduct mission briefing, execution and debriefing, and post mission documentation * Provide A/A expertise in support of DTOC mission planning cell to include: * Create scenarios within Environment Generator software * Coordinate with NOC personnel for ECC set-up * Troubleshoot operations related software and hardware issues * Provide academic briefings as coordinated with Training Manager * Support meetings as DTOC A/A Fighter SME. * Advise DTOC Leadership on LVC-OT events and A/A operations related issues. Job Requirements * Bachelor's Degree and 8-10 years of experience; a combination of education and experience can be used in lieu of degree * Secret Clearance * Minimum three (3) years' experience conducting training in a DMO environment * Current or previous Weapons School or Top Gun Graduate, air-to-air instructor pilotand minimum five (5) years operational air-to-air experience * Current or previous fighter aircraft pilot or weapons system operator with robust air-to-air background * Must be currently or previously qualified in USAF, USN, or USMC fighter aircraft. * Must be knowledgeable in 5 th Gen fighter employment to incorporate into daily customer mission catalogs and part of SME academics program Founded in 1975, AMERICAN SYSTEMS is one of the largest employee-owned companies in the United States.
