Types of Cases: Breast Surgery, Colorectal Surgery, Endocrine, Gastroenterology, General Surgery, Gynecology, Interventional Cardiology, Neurosurgery, Oculoplastics, Orthopedics, Otolaryngology, Pain Management, Pediatrics, Plastic Surgery, Podiatry, Urology; Possibly blocks, no spinals/epidurals
Credentialing Timeframe: 30-60 days
