Schedule: Monday-Friday 9a-5p Full time or Part time three days per week
Job Setting: Outpatient
Types of Cases: Standard Urgent Care
Credentialing Timeframe: Minimal 1-2 weeks
Must be Board Certified
Must be Department of Transportation (DOT) certified
