AMSOIL is looking for a Production Clerk to support the Production department by managing work orders and ensuring inventory control. The work schedule is Monday through Friday 7:00 am to 3:00 pm.
Core Responsibilities:
• Create, close, and manage work orders according to the direction from the Planning team.
• Reconcile inventory issues.
• Coordinate production run schedules.
• Support the printing of product labels by creating labels to specifications and ensuring data is correct.
• Ensure quality standards are met by providing updates on assigned KPIs and auditing quality control checklists.
• Assist on packaging lines when necessary.
Position Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• A minimum of 1 year of production work experience
• Ability to operate a forklift (training is received on the job)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Exceptional organizational skills
• Highly skilled in operating a computer including Microsoft Office programs
• Excellent time management skills and able to adapt to shifting priorities
• Ability to meet attendance requirements and work additional hours/overtime as needed

• Pay Type - Hourly
• Starting Pay - $18.00/hour
