Our technical team plays a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and outstanding client service. As the Floor Lead, you will provide guidance and oversight to our team of Veterinary Technicians and Veterinary Assistants, while continuing to perform hands-on technical duties.

- Monitoring daily operations to maintain safety and uphold medical standards.
- Providing training, mentorship, and ongoing support to help team members grow and succeed.

Full-time benefits and compensation**:
- Compensation: $20 - $25 per hour, for each hour worked*
- Bonus package: $500-$2000 for those with 3+ years of consecutive, current experience or current license
- CE allowance: up to $1,000 annually based on tenure and license

Minimum qualifications and skill set:
- 3+ years of veterinary experience in a clinical setting
- 2+ leads of leadership
- Proficiency in the following skills:
- Client communication
- Anesthesia induction/monitoring/troubleshooting
- Training and mentorship
- Managing floor flow
- Outpatient care
