As an Application Developer at RedSky, you will be responsible for implementing security and access controls across all maintained software to ensure they align with current requirements and future data-centric objectives. You will provide expert recommendations to the Government on eliminating redundant capabilities or phasing out applications that no longer meet evolving needs. In addition, you will take ownership of authoring, reviewing, editing, publishing, and maintaining critical operational, administrative, and security documentation, including Plans of Action and Milestones (POA&Ms). Your work will be essential in ensuring full compliance with DoD policies and adhering to mandated timelines, contributing to the overall success of the project and the security of our systems. • Position requires Application Developer experience of 3 years with MS, 8 years with BA/BS, 9 years with AA/AS, or 10 years with HS/GED
• GIAC Security Essentials (GSEC) certification
• Minimum Security Clearance: TOP SECRET with SCI Eligibility Your responsibilities as the Application Developer will include: • Design, develop, and support SharePoint environments, including testing, quality assurance, and integration services for SharePoint applications, workflows, and related technologies.
• Establish standards, policies, and best practices for developing SharePoint and Office 365 applications, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Lead business requirement gathering and recommend SharePoint-based solutions to improve workflows and address day-to-day challenges.
• Collaborate with vendors and technical teams to build and maintain a robust SharePoint environment, including migrating data and developing new applications.
