We are looking for a skilled Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team. In this role, you will evaluate and treat patients with physical impairments, functional limitations, and other health-related conditions. You will be responsible for developing and implementing individualized treatment plans to improve or restore physical functioning, reduce pain, and prevent further dysfunction. Your work will make a meaningful impact on patients' health and quality of life. Key Responsibilities: Perform initial examinations and evaluate patients to determine diagnoses and appropriate interventions. Develop and implement personalized physical therapy programs to improve or restore physical functioning. Monitor and document patients’ progress, response to treatment, and adjust treatment plans as needed. Conduct tests to measure strength, motor development, sensory perception, and other functional capacities. Educate patients on exercises and therapeutic activities to continue at home as part of their care plan. Record prognosis, treatment outcomes, and progress in the patient's medical chart. Set goals and anticipate progress, conducting regular reevaluations to ensure maximum benefit for patients. Qualifications/Requirements : Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program (copy of diploma or transcripts required). Current, valid, unrestricted license as a Physical Therapist issued by the Arizona State Board of Physical Therapy (copy of license required). Completed Primary Source Verification (PSV) from the Arizona State Board of Physical Therapy link (copy required). Completed fit testing for N95 particulate respirators (copy required). At least one year of experience as a Physical Therapist. Preferred Qualifications: Strong clinical judgment and a passion for helping patients achieve their functional goals
