Permanent Medical Director / Physician Needed in Northern Kentucky

We are looking for a Physician Medical Director to lead an outpatient Occupational Medicine and Urgent Care center in Northern Kentucky. This position is perfect for physicians with experience in Occupational Medicine or Urgent Care, or those eager to transition into this specialty. Deliver high-quality patient care while managing clinical operations. Oversee clinician onboarding and ensure adherence to standard workflows. Collaborate with leadership to identify opportunities for clinical improvement. Maintain strong relationships with employers, payers, and local communities. Provide direct patient care and manage clinical responsibilities. Hours: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm Requirements Board Certified by ABMS or AOA in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Emergency Medicine, or Occupational Medicine. Unrestricted medical license and DEA license in Kentucky. DOT Certification preferred or must be willing to obtain Experience in clinical leadership and quality improvement preferred.
