Our work depends on a Training Support Lead joining our team to help build and enable the readiness of our Nation's Army in the Pacific! This team delivers individual sustainment through collective Mission Command training, Leadership Training / Development, Warfighter Functions (WFF) training, First Person Simulations (Gaming), and constructive simulations supported training. Technical integration between simulation and C4I systems. Establish /maintain training and exercise networks. Accomplish Risk Management Framework Certification and Accreditation security and risk management activities. Clearance: Candidates must be US citizens able to obtain and/or maintain a DoD Secret clearance as a condition of employment and be eligible to be upgraded to a TS/SCI clearance

Compensation: ~$150k+ (rate dependent upon experience) Description:
• Plans, coordinates, and executes unit collective training at echelons ranging from Brigade Combat Team to Corps to 4-Star JTF.
• Leads and partners with a cross functional team of both contract staff and government experts to plan, coordinate, and resource complex training exercises in the live, virtual, and constructive training domains.
• Technical Expertise in Simulation Federations. Manages, synchronizes and integrates various simulation federations such as the Joint Land Component Constructive Training Capability (JLCCTC), WARSIM Division, Brigade and TCF, VBS, IEWTPT, DXTRS, VBS3, LOTS, LVC-IA, JCATS, C2WPTT, JJB and JLVC
• Ensure seamless interoperability between these systems and mission command systems such as CPCE, JADOCS, JBC-P, TAIS, AFATDS and AMDWS.
• Manage distributed training environments utilizing a High-Level Architecture and Distributed Interactive Simulation protocols.
• System troubleshooting & maintenance, must be able to diagnose and resolve technical issues related to simulation systems, federations, and network connectivity to ensure operational continuity.
• Coordinate with system administrators and network engineers to maintain system performance, particularly under high-stress training conditions.
• Regularly update and patch software systems to align with security requirements and technological advances.
• Briefing Senior Leadership. Confidently brief general and flag officers on simulation capabilities, mission impacts, and the integration of simulations into training or operational planning.
• Provide clear, concise, and data-driven presentations to support decision-making for senior commanders.
• Tailor technical discussions to non-technical audiences, ensuring clarity on how simulations improve operational readiness and effectiveness. Requirements:
• Education: BS/BA; U.S. Army MEL IV qualified or equivalent ILE; MEL I preferred, FA57 highly desired.
• Experience: Retired Field Grade Officer; 12+ years of related experience; Joint military experience preferred
• Technical Skills: Technical expertise in the Joint Event Life Cycle; demonstrated proficiency and understanding of MC systems; Expert knowledge of the principles, methods, and techniques used in the development and delivery of Army and Joint training programs; Expert knowledge of the Military Decision-Making Process (MDMP); knowledge of and experience with emerging mission command technologies (MAVEN, TAK, WINTAK)
• Required Skills and Abilities: Superb presentation and communication skills; strong ability to advise and educate leadership through non-technical terms on JELC requirements and training objectives; Must be able to lead a planning team to create a high fidelity, realistic training events in a Live, Virtual, and Constructive environment to meet customer requirements.
• Must be able to take charge and lead simulations working groups with higher, adjacent and lateral units to create exercises that achieve the commanders training objective.
• Must be confident in speaking for on 06 level GVT Director at all planning events.
• Location: On Customer Site / moderate travel required to other customer sites throughout AoR #clearance #cleared
