The Merchandising Programs & Readiness Lead is responsible for merchandising comms and engagement strategies across AMR region to support our Retail teams. Inclusion is a shared responsibility, and we work together to foster a culture where everyone belongs and is inspired to do their best work.DescriptionThrough close partnership with cross-functional Global Retail Support (GRS) teams, including AMR Ownership Operations, Retail Engagement & Marketing, WW Visual and Product Merchandising teams as well as APAC and EMEIA counterparts, this role will help deliver structured merchandising communications, engaging programs, and effective training as an innovative and cross-functional partner.

*Develop merchandising engagement and communications strategies, programs and content for both hero and accessories
*Partner with WW Merchandising and AMR Field Merchandising teams to develop cadence and content to engage and support store team members
*Partner with AMR Field Merchandising team to manage consistent execution and evolution of Store Presentation Review (SPR) program
*Partner with Cross-functional teams for Apple campaigns and promotions as to represent merchandising organization
*Manage NPI/Reset readiness comms on tasks and deliverables and AMR merchandising comms for Store Leadership
*Collaborate with Geo-based teams to provide Geo specific insights to WW Merchandising team
*Lead the Geo expansion projects from merchandising standpoint
*Own AMR Merchandising editorial calendar to ensure consistent and accurate Plan of Record.

This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $133,900 and $255,400, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs.
