Responsibilities include interacting closely with clients to provide tax planning, consulting, and compliance services and working closely with partners on delivering innovative tax planning strategies. This role calls for minimal travel.Position Responsibilities:Interacting closely with clients to provide tax planning, consulting, and compliance services benefiting?clients particularly in the Private Client Services/HNWIs industry Develop and implement tax strategies that optimize our company's tax position while considering business goals, industry trends, and regulatory changesCollaborate with clients and provide proactive tax advice and solutionsLead and manage a team of tax professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to foster their growth and developmentBuild and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional serviceCoordinate workload distribution, projects, and training initiatives within the tax departmentQualifications: 7+ years experience; recent public accounting experience required3+ years experience in Private Client Services/HNWIsA CPA is required for this roleExcellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to evaluate and articulate complex informationProficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite (specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat requiredComputer expertise including knowledge of tax software and technology (CCH Axcess preferred)$135,000 - $220,000 a yearThe salary range for this opportunity is stated above.
