We are seeking skilled Pre-Engineered Metal Building Erectors to join our team. As a Steel Metal Building Erector, you will play a crucial role in the construction and assembly of pre-engineered metal buildings across various locations in Minnesota and South Dakota.

Location: Minnesota & South Dakota (travel required)

Position: Pre-Engineered Metal Building Erector

Salary: $25-$35 per hour (based on experience)

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

Read and interpret construction drawings and plans.

Erect and assemble pre-engineered metal buildings according to specifications.

Install structural steel components.

Ensure safety and compliance with building codes and regulations.

Collaborate effectively with team members and contractors.

Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.

Requirements:

Desire to learn about steel erection and/or pre-engineered metal buildings.

Valid driver's license and dependable transportation.

Ability to travel between project locations in Minnesota and South Dakota.

Strong work ethic and commitment to safety.

Punctuality and reliability.

Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions.

Requirements:

Physical Requirements

Must be able to lift and carry materials and equipment weighing up to fifty pounds on a frequent basis and up to one-hundred pounds on an occasional basis; prolonged standing and frequent bending, stooping, and reaching is required on a daily basis. A full range of physical motion is required in order to operate manual and electrically-powered tools, sprayers, and construction-related equipment. The ability to move throughout the building, including climbing stairs and to work at heights from ladders or scaffolding, in order to perform construction-related work is required.

Work is performed indoors and outdoors, occasionally in environments that are dusty, noisy, or which could have work hazards.
