**What You’ll Do:**

As a pivotal member of the surface design team, you will be at the forefront of creative expression, translating brand vision into compelling artwork for various garment categories. Your work will directly influence product aesthetics and customer engagement.

* Develop and execute original graphic and branding artwork that reinforces and evolves the brand’s visual identity.
* Create unique graphic artwork for use across various garment categories.
* Produce precise graphic charts and detailed spec packs essential for design and production workflows.
* Collaborate closely with Design partners across categories to understand and fulfill graphic needs.
* Actively participate in cross-functional design meetings, offering creative perspectives and receiving constructive direction.
* Effectively manage concurrent seasonal artwork creation alongside fast-track requests and ad hoc projects.
* Contribute to fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and high aesthetic standards within the team.

**What You’ll Bring:**

**Required Qualifications:**

* **Experience:** 5+ years of apparel graphic design experience (10 years strongly preferred).
* **Technical Proficiency:** Expert proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe InDesign.
* **Original Artwork:** Demonstrated ability to create original artwork from scratch – no templates.
* **Production Expertise:** Experience building graphic charts and spec packs for apparel production.
* **Brand Sensibility:** Exceptional taste level and deep understanding of customer and brand aesthetics.
* **Organizational Skills:** Highly organized, capable of managing multiple projects and seasonal timelines simultaneously.
* **Collaboration & Communication:** Strong communicator and collaborator across creative and cross-functional teams.
* **Proactive Mindset:** Self-starter mentality with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach.
* **Adaptability:** Comfortable thriving in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.

* Proven experience managing both creative ideation and the technical rigor required for production artwork.
* Strong hand-illustration skills.

**Important Note:** This role requires candidates who can create artwork independently from scratch. Candidates without demonstrated original artwork creation or with limited apparel graphics experience will not be considered. A collaborative and engaged attitude is essential to team success.
