You will play a key role in a finance technology organization, responsible for implementing enterprise-wide technology solutions, modernizing existing platforms, and enhancing core business functions like financial operations and supply chain management. What You’ll Do:

  • Participate in the design, development, testing, and deployment of enterprise technology solutions, including enhancements, customizations, and integrations using advanced programming languages and frameworks.
  • Engage in the full lifecycle of technology projects, from initial requirement gathering and analysis through to go-live and ongoing post-implementation support.
  • Collaborate closely with functional teams, project managers, and various stakeholders to deeply understand business needs and translate them into robust technical solutions.
  • Adhere to clean core guiding principles, adapting cloud-based applications using platform tools and technologies, and embracing a cloud-first mindset.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including detailed design specifications, thorough test plans, and user manuals.

Qualifications

  •  Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of professional experience in enterprise technology development, with a strong focus on core enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
  • Proficiency in advanced business application programming, including RESTful programming, Core Data Services (CDS), and modern extensibility techniques.
  • Strong experience with modern user interface technologies and OData services.
  • Knowledge of key enterprise resource planning modules such as Sales & Distribution, Materials Management, or Financial Accounting/Controlling.
  • Experience with business technology platform tools/services like Work Zone, Business Application Studio, and version control systems (e.g., GIT).
  • Demonstrated experience developing cloud-based applications on enterprise technology platforms.
  • Experience with in-memory database environments and major system upgrades, including code remediation for platform transitions.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms, enterprise resource planning system transformation initiatives, and various integration technologies (e.g., IDocs, RFC, BAPI, SOAP, REST).
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts and produce high-quality technical documentation
  • Ability to consistently work a hybrid schedule, including specific onsite days each week, to foster team collaboration and project success.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

  • Certifications in enterprise technology platforms or related modules.
  • Additional knowledge of business technology platforms, modern user interface frameworks, and other new enterprise technologies (e.g., Cloud Application Programming Model, HANA Cloud).
