Position Summary: Responsible for scheduling and supervising in-home care workers and clients in a geographic area. Supervisory and/or home care experience preferred.

Hours: Full Time: Monday through Friday 8 am to 5 pm. No On Call Requirement.

Essential Duties:

• Coordinate and schedule the most appropriate assignments of direct care staff to clients. Maintain direct care staff schedules in scheduling program.
• Supervise and direct activities of HomeCare Aides (HCA) in providing direct care and service to their assigned clients. Address and resolve client and employee complaints and concerns
• Effectively manage the communication and relationships among the Care Team, including the client, referral sources, HCAs and family and health care providers, to coordinate patient care and services.
• In partnership with the Branch Director, provide feedback on performance and coordinate disciplinary actions.
• Understand and effectively execute all company, state and applicable policies, procedures, rules and regulations, including Covid protocols.

Position Requirements & Competencies:

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• 3 years of scheduling and supervisor required.
• 1 year of health care experience required
• Interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
• Computer skills including but not limited to Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel
• Must have reliable transportation.
