As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will assist in implementing behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Your primary role is to work directly with clients to support their development and help them achieve their behavioral goals. Key responsibilities include:
Delivering one-on-one behavior therapy sessions to clients based on the individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
Implementing behavior interventions and data collection procedures as outlined in the client’s behavior plan.
Observing and documenting client behavior, progress, and responses to interventions.
Assisting in the modification of intervention strategies based on collected data and feedback from the supervising BCBA.
Supporting clients in developing and enhancing communication, social, and daily living skills.
Maintaining a positive and encouraging environment to foster client engagement and progress.
Attending training sessions and supervision meetings to enhance skills and ensure adherence to ethical and professional standards.
The ideal candidate will be patient, compassionate, and able to follow detailed instructions. All Candidates must be willing to obtain, or already have, RBT Certification.
