Job Title: School Based Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – Morning/Afternoon hours

Location: Littleton NH

Client: 17 year old boy requiring RBT services during school hours

Pay: $26 - $33 per hour, based on experience

Schedule: Part-time, hourly position (morning/afternoon availability required)

About the Role: As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will work directly with a young client during school hours, assisting in the implementation of behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Your role is critical in helping the client achieve their behavioral goals and supporting their development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver one-on-one behavior therapy sessions based on individualized treatment plans designed by the BCBA.

  • Implement behavior interventions and data collection procedures according to the client’s behavior plan.

  • Observe, document, and track the client’s progress, behaviors, and responses to interventions.

  • Assist in adjusting intervention strategies based on data and feedback from the BCBA.

  • Support the development of communication, social, and daily living skills.

  • Maintain a positive, engaging, and supportive environment for the client.

  • Attend training sessions and supervision meetings to ensure adherence to ethical standards and improve professional skills.

Qualifications:

  • Active RBT certification required.

  • Compassionate, patient, and detail-oriented.

  • Ability to follow treatment plans and implement behavior interventions effectively.

  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning.
