Currently we are seeking a professional to fill the position of Service Dispatcher.  Candidate must be capable of working on multiple projects simultaneously.  This person must be a problem-solver, multi-tasker, have exceptional communication skills, organizational skills, and a willingness to adapt and learn.  Service Dispatcher will also utilize their customer service training to educate and establish rapport and assist customer in choosing service and products.

 

Pay Range: $18-$22/hr depending on experience

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Always maintain professionalism and excellent customer service
  • Speak clearly, distinctly, and professionally on the telephone and face to face encounters
  • Answer multiline telephone in a professional manner
  • Work as a team player and be willing to assist co-workers in other duties
  • Scheduling and dispatching technicians to appropriate locations according to predetermined schedules, customer requests or immediate needs
  • Relaying information such as work orders or other messages to technicians
  • Speaking with supervisors or customers to resolve problems
  • Be able to utilize phone, cell phone, text, email, and internet at a high level of expertise
  • Be able to listen and resolve customer inquiries while updating account information
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where changes are common

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in customer service required
  • HVAC and or Plumbing knowledge is a plus
