JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking an experienced Multifamily HVAC Project Manager to oversee the lifecycle of HVAC construction projects. This role involves project planning, scheduling, procurement, budgeting, field execution, and client relations, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and to high-quality standards.
PAY RANGE:
$90,000 – $100,000 per year / depending on experience

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Project Planning & Startup: Review contract documents, lead kickoff meetings, develop schedules, and coordinate procurement
- Financial Management: Manage budgets, track costs, forecast financials, and oversee billing processes
- Field Coordination & Execution: Support field teams to ensure compliance with specifications, resolve conflicts, and conduct site inspections
- Subcontractor & Vendor Management: Procure and oversee subcontractors, ensuring quality and adherence to schedules
- Documentation & Controls: Maintain project documentation in Procore, supporting QA/QC processes.
- Safety & Compliance: Promote a safety-first culture and ensure compliance with OSHA standards.
- Client & Team Communication: Serve as the main contact for project coordination, lead meetings, and provide updates to leadership
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
- This role involves a mix of office and job site work, with potential exposure to construction hazards and occasional overtime
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience: 5+ years in HVAC project management with multifamily or commercial multi-story experience
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of HVAC systems, codes, and plan interpretation
- Software Proficiency: Experience with Procore or similar construction management software preferred
- Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, financial acumen, and problem-solving abilities
- Travel: Valid driver’s license with willingness to visit job sites regularly
