How you’ll make an impact in this role

• Lead daily clinical operations to ensure seamless patient flow and the highest standards of safety and precision in radiation delivery.
• Serve as a senior resource for the clinical team, performing complex radiation treatments and providing expert guidance on specialized procedures.
• Streamline clinical operations by managing the essential paperwork and workflows that keep the facility organized and patient-focused.
• Secure financial and clinical integrity by accurately submitting and auditing charges for all services performed within the location.

What minimum requirements you’ll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

Required Credential(s):

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Licensed Radiologic Technologist credentialed from the Kansas Board of Healing Arts obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
• One or more of the following:
  • Radiologic Technologist specializing in Radiation Therapy credentialed from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
  • Radiologic Technologist specializing in Radiography credentialed from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
  • Radiation Therapist obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.

Education:

• High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's
  degree/Technical degree with 1 year of experience OR 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific
  experience required.
