How you’ll make an impact in this role

• Lead patient care journeys by implementing and evolving personalized care plans that directly improve clinical outcomes.
• Champion multidisciplinary collaboration as the primary coordinator, ensuring every specialist and team member is aligned to provide seamless, holistic patient support.
• Advocate for patient safety and recovery by monitoring health status and communicating critical changes to the care team in real-time.

What minimum requirements you’ll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required.  American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Kansas Board of Nursing required.
• Advanced Life Support obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

Education:

• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR professional licensure at time of hire required.

What additional preferences we're seeking

• Cardiothoracic ICU Expertise: A minimum of 1 year of recent, hands-on experience in a dedicated Cardiothoracic ICU Unit.
