Aspen Consulting Group seeks a full-time Radar Systems Engineer to work on-site in APG, Maryland. We are seeking a candidate who is ready to accept the challenge of working with our team to support advancing the Army’s next generation of radars. The candidate will be responsible for building complex simulations, leading live test events, and conducting original research into advanced signal processing techniques as well as new tactical uses for existing Army assets. The candidate will work with radar subject matter experts and government stakeholders to understand the needs of future warfighters and guide development of current and experimental systems to better support these requirements. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, physics or a related field (not computer science) • 2+ years of experience with radar signal processing • 1+ years of experience with radar simulation and test design • 1+ years of experience with phased array radar systems • 1+ years of experience with MATLAB and C++ • Understanding of object-oriented programming • Understanding of basic radar hardware (antennas, ADC/DAC, mixers, amplifiers etc.) • Active Secret Clearance About our Company
