Job Purpose: As the EHR Analyst at Aspire Health Partners Inc., your job purpose is to assist with the implementation of the EHR and have the responsibilities of creating, designing, testing, training, and launching multiple pieces of the EHR system for use companywide.


Job Functions


  • Working closely with several multi-disciplinary departments to determine regulatory requirements and documentation standards to be translated from paper forms and processes to electronic versions.
  • Examine clinical workflow.
  • Look for efficiencies to be gained using computerized record systems.
  • Create, design, test and launch the electronic health record system used by clinicians.
  • Monitor and evaluate healthcare documentation for compliance with all Federal, State, accreditation, and contracting bodies, industry best practice standards and internal standards of care.
  • Develop and facilitate the training of clinicians related to clinical documentation and electronic health record system use.
  • Assist in preparation of reports, proposals, and presentations.
  • This position may require rotating geographical location assignments and flexibility to foster goodwill among the end users and increase the department's footprint in the various Aspire locations.
  • Most importantly, all functions must be completed while maintaining high standards of ethical and professional conduct while adhering to all company policies and procedures.

Position qualifications: Ability to receive and maintain a(n)


  • Level II Background clearance
  • Acceptable Motor Vehicle Registration driver's license record in accordance with the underwriting guidelines set by Aspire insurance company as described in the AHP Corporate Transportation Policy 3.9.1
  • Bachelor's Degree and experience preferred in Health and Human Services (Psychology, Sociology, Nursing, Social Work, Counseling), as well as finesse in health application and information.
