ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT MANAGER NEEDED IN CHICAGO, IL Great work environment & benefits Hybrid Schedule The organizational development manager is responsible for leading the processes that improve an organization's capability through the alignment of strategy, people, rewards, metrics and management processes. Overall:·       Creates the company’s overall strategy in partnership with HR leaders around employee engagement, development and retention, which includes creating and managing project management, communication and change management plans.  Leads the implementation of this strategy in partnership with Sr Director of HR, leadership and local Human Resources Business Partners (HRBPs).·       Ensures that project/function milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Analyzes data to create a story to effectively influence peers and leadership team to achieve project goals.·       Creates and maintains process documentation for organizational development processes. Continuously monitors and solicits feedback on organizational development programs and materials. Assesses and recommends tools and technologies to standardize and automate processes.·       Consults with local HRBPs on performance, organizational, and leadership matters.  May guide managers and employees on problem solving, improving performance, organizational diagnosis, goal alignment, teambuilding and continuous improvement.Additional Skills & Qualifications:Must Haves: - 7 years of Organizational Development or Performance Management experience - Experience managing a performance management system / LMS system - Previous management experience and experience with performance reviews, change management, organizational development - presentation skills - Extremely personable, professional, and able to influence Plus Haves: - UKG or Corner Stone-ODCP, CPLP, SPHR, SHRM-SCP or related certificationsAbout Aston Carter:Please Note: Scammers are posing as Aston Carter.
