*Key Responsibilities:*
* Provide direct patient care, including monitoring vital signs, and assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs)
* Ensure the safety and comfort of residents by adhering to established nursing standards and protocols
* Monitor and report changes in patients' conditions to the healthcare team
* Document patient care accurately and timely in accordance with facility policies
* Provide emotional support and patient education to residents and their families
* Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work environment
*Qualifications:*
* Valid and current New Hampshire Nursing Assistant License
* CPR/BLS certification (required)
* Previous experience in a long-term care or similar healthcare setting preferred
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Compassionate and patient-focused approach to care
* Must be reliable, flexible, and have a strong work ethic
