Asset Converting Manager / Continuous Improvements TissueSalary up to $150,000 + Profit Sharing Plan + Excellent Benefits & Paid Relocation to the Southern USANOTE: Experience in Tissue or Paper Converting is requiredA growing and stable Tissue / Towel organization in North America is seeking an Asset Converting Leader for this position. You ll need to have desire for continuous improvement and working with employees to build teamwork.You ll need a bachelor s degree (preferred) & at least 3 years of similar industry experience with managing a converting department in the paper industry. We are looking for a leader for this role.Minimum requirements for this Asset Converting Manager / Continuous Improvement role:Bachelor s degree preferred in engineering.Must have at least 3 years Tissue or Paper Converting or similar industry experienceMust be a good Leader with excellent Organization SkillsSix Sigma/Lean manufacturing experience a major plus.
