Job Requisition ID #24WD80742Responsibilities: Develop and execute software test plans in order to identify software problems and their causes.  Debug software products through the use of systematic tests to develop, apply, and maintain quality standards for company products. Develop, modify, and execute automated scripts and programs for testing. Analyze and write test standards and procedures. Maintain documentation of test results to assist in debugging and modification of software. Analyze test results to ensure existing functionality and recommends corrective action.Leveraging upon deep knowledge and extensive experience, design, automate, and develop computer software or specialized utility programs.  Create home-grown tools and scripts to facilitate and support ad-hoc testing. Define vision, goals, strategy, and execution of test automation process. Develop and add automated functional and regression tests in existing test framework.  Apply deep expertise to automate testing of RESTful Web Services and Web UI.  Responsible for integrating, maintaining and ongoing testing development of the continuous build / integration pipeline (Jenkins). Analyze user needs and develop software solutions, applying principles and techniques of computer science and engineering.  Utilize, maintain, update existing Java-based Automation Test Framework which uses – Java, Selenium 3 Web driver, TestNG, Maven, RestAssured, Appium and Saucelabs. Analyze Developer code written in multiple languages like Java, C# to build Automation Test cases to verify developer’s code. Analyze user needs and software requirements to develop test cases to verify functionality. Participate in product and feature design reviews with developers. Consult with customers or other departments on project status, proposals, or technical issues, such as software system design or maintenance. Develop Scripts that helps in Monitoring the Production systems. Analyze the defects found while monitoring. Report any issue to respective teams and track them. Determine system performance standards. Define and lead performance test implementation. Understand and migrate existing load runner scripts to Java based, by building framework and Scripts that can put load on Systems using multi thread concepts. Develop or direct software system testing or validation procedures, programming, or documentation. Build, maintain and grow test automation infrastructure. Lead and investigate failed automation tests and report issues in bug tracking system as appropriate. Prepare reports or correspondence concerning project specifications, activities, or status.  Store, retrieve, and manipulate data for analysis of system capabilities and requirements. Provide test coverage analysis based on automation results. Some telecommuting is permitted.Minimum Requirements: Master’s degree in Applied Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field and 5 years of work experience in the job offered, or in a software quality assurance engineering/analyst-related occupation. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $142,932 - $175,000/year. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location.
