Job Requisition ID #24WD80164Position OverviewThe Platform Services and Emerging Technologies (PSET) Technical Program Manager (TPM) role is an impactful role ensuring engineering teams achieve goals. Our TPM works across the PSET domain areas to create technical solutions, is responsible for complex program and initiative delivery from planning through execution, including delivery forecasting, managing risks, dependencies, and alignment with stakeholders.Reporting to the Senior Manager of Technical Programs for Data Analytics, you will engage with teams to promote alignment, engagement, and execution of programs. You will and build the foundation to allow PSET to accelerate the delivery of Autodesk platform capabilities.ResponsibilitiesAs an individual contributor, you will lead alignment among Autodesk's divisional leadership, across different teams, divisions, and partnersYou will display judgment, anticipate potential bottlenecks, manage escalations, navigate trade-offs, and prioritize our needs against technical constraintsYou will foster collaboration cross-organizational programs through OKR planning, dependency management, and swift removal of impedimentsYou will shape strategy and requirements while being the point on intricate programsYou will collaborate with engineering leadership to develop delivery plansYou will partner with teams to provide technical solutions from the design phase through deliveryEnhance the automation of delivery processes, ensuring transparency and maintaining a single source of truth across design and operationsDrive risk management processes including identification, analysis, and mitigation to proactively address potential issuesChampion continuous improvement and operational excellence through data-driven strategies and a Kaizen approachMinimum QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Information TechnologyAt least 8 years of experience in roles such as Technical Program Manager, Technical Product Manager, Software Architect, or similar, driving software development projectsStrong knowledge of APIs, software componentization, customization, Cloud Services (AWS, Azure, etc.), and RESTful web servicesExcellent technical, analytical, and problem-solving skillsDemonstrate technical expertise with negotiation and influenceProactive approach in stakeholder management and excels in building relationshipsUtilize data analytics to enhance software operations and organizational efficiencyImparts a sense of urgency and influences leaders and peersThis is your opportunity to be at the forefront of technology and innovation at Autodesk. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $129,900 and $210,100. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range.
