Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – In-Person Only (Iselin, NJ)
High-Priority Full-Time School/Community Case – 40 Hours Weekly
Autumn ABA is seeking an experienced, dedicated, and reliable BCBA for a high-priority in-person case located in Iselin, NJ. This role is fully in-person across multiple natural environments and requires a BCBA who can provide consistent support and leadership for a full-time client receiving 40 hours per week of ABA therapy.

The client will be transitioning to our agency in January 2026, and the BCBA must be available to conduct the initial assessment in-person immediately and begin building and guiding the treatment team.
Job Summary
The BCBA will be responsible for conducting in-person assessments, developing and overseeing the treatment plan, providing ongoing supervision and performance management for behavior technicians, collaborating with school/daycare staff, supporting caregivers, and ensuring high-quality clinical implementation across all environments.
Responsibilities

Conduct in-person assessments, FBAs, and intake evaluations

Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to school, home, and community settings

Provide consistent in-person supervision of sessions across all environments

Monitor client progress, review data, and update programs as needed

Train and support behavior technicians and caregivers

Collaborate with school teams, daycare staff, parents, and other professionals

Maintain strong documentation and clinical compliance

Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and transition preparation

Perform additional duties as assigned by the Regional Director
Qualifications

Active BCBA certification (required)
-
Must live within commutable distance to Iselin, NJ

Must be eligible for Out-of-Network billing with BCBS

Minimum 1 year of BCBA experience preferred

Strong background working in school or full-day structured settings

Experience with behavior intervention, data analysis, and treatment planning

Ability to work consistently in-person Monday–Friday

Strong professionalism, communication, and collaboration skills

Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally
