Job Summary

  • Under the direct supervision of a licensed nurse, the Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) provides direct, personal care and services to residents in the assisted living facility; which meets their physical, intellectual, social and spiritual needs on a daily basis to maintain and enhance their highest level of independent function.
  • The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) will have a sincere desire to provide the highest quality of daily care to develop meaningful relationships with our elderly residents.
  • The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) will have the ability to provide care in a fast-paced environment while collaborating with your team.

Education and/or Experience

  • High School diploma or GED required.
  • This position requires you to be 18 years of age or older.

Certification, Licensure, Registration

  • Certified as a nursing assistant in the State of South Dakota required.  If not C.N.A. certified, must obtain certification within 120 days of starting this position. 
  • Medication Aide Certification required. If not Medication Aide certified, must obtain within 120 days of starting this position.

Work Schedule

  • Evening Shift: 2:00pm-10:30pm; 32 hours every 2 weeks
    • Every other weekend and holiday involvement

Pay

The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience. 

  • $19.00 - $25.25 per hour
