Job Summary
The Talent Development Consultant will plan, design, facilitate, coordinate and deliver education/development throughout the Avera system.
This role is responsible for collaborating with human resources business services, clinical and non-clinical employees and leaders to standardize content and delivery of educational/developmental opportunities based on identified needs.
This position performs duties that support the goals and objectives of Avera.
Education and/or Experience
Graduate from a CCNE or NLN accredited nursing program is strongly preferred. Graduate from an approved nursing program is acceptable.
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in nursing required.
Licensure/Certification/Registration
~ License as a Registered Nurse in the State of South Dakota and/or meeting the requirements of Multi-state licensure is required.
Work Schedule
~ Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm; 80 hours every 2 weeks
Pay
The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.
~$30.25 - $45.75 per hour
