We are currently seeking a n AI/ML SME to perform engineering and planning functions to develop AI/ML workflows , systems, and data sets, develop functioning AI/ML tools, systems and algorithmic solutions . The candidate must be able to work in a team as well as solely on special projects; have excellent interpersonal skills; be able to prepare top-quality written and oral communications products; and have experience working with senior Government executives. The candidate must be able to think critically; creatively and strategically; have excellent judgment; and be able to work in a dynamic environment. Responsibilit ies : * Perform engineering and planning functions . * D evelop AI/ML workflows , systems , and data sets. * Develop functioning AI/ML Tools , systems , and algorithmic solutions. * Review and evaluate new emerging technologies to build and maintain a technology watch list. * Research new technologies and develop white papers to discuss their viability and possible inclusion within the organization. * Perform requirements analysis, system architecture design, implementation and deploy a certified and accredited data management solution. * Support the customer in evaluation and proposing Artificial Intelligence (AI) technical solutions to support the overall mission. * Assist in streamlining Machine Learning (ML) DevOps for efficiencies across the Enterprise. * Provide recommendations to the customer on emerging trends associated with AI/ML * Work with a team of cross functional resources to design, implement, and maintain new systems. * Use critical thinking and a variety of software tools and languages to tackle new challenges each day. * Interact in collaborative rapid feedback environment to deliver process improvements to the end user. * Experience with collecting and processing large volumes of data in various formats, structured and unstructured. * Ability to understand and translate technical jargon to mission-users. * Perform other task s as assigned. Qualification s : * Must have an active/current TS/SCI and CI Poly. * B.S. degree or equivalent experience. * Minimum 10 years of specialized experience in the technology consulting/ information technology fie ld. * Demonstrated AI/ML subject matter expertise . Qualifications Desired: * Have excellent listening, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills. * Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks while under pressure. * Strong customer service orientation. * Experience setting up cloud infrastructure, VCPs and security user groups and roles. * Strong experience with multiple cloud services and Cloud-Based Architectures * Experience creating data models to translate data in various formats for ingestion into an enterprise data store. * Experience with deployment environments to support rapid application development. * Strong knowledge of software best practices to enhance the security posture of the application. * Must be a diverse thinker and be able to work in a large group setting. * The ability to write and edit technical documents and reports. * The ability to w rite, edit, and produce contents for contract deliverables: reports, training materials, presentation slides, letters, fact sheets, diagrams, and capability statements. * Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion. * Communicate formally and informally through existing forums to stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership. * Experience in creating dynamic and static data visualizations desired. * Experience in Data Science (professionally or academically) desired. Travel Requirements: * Travel will be required within Washington National Capital Region (NCR) on a n as - needed basis for customer or corporate requirements. Level of Responsibility: Work includes the exercise of discretion and independent judgment concerning matters of administrative/operational needs. Reporting Chain: * This position reports directly to Axiologic Solutions ' assigned Task Order Lead. Level of Supervision Required: The supervisor sets the overall objectives and resources available . The employee plans and carries out the assignment resolves most of the conflicts, coordinates work with others and interpret policy on own initiative. The employee keeps the supervisor informed of progress, potentially controversial matters, or far-reaching implications. Work Environment: * This job operates in a professional office environment.
