Responsibilities: * Provide administrative support to 3-4 Executive Front Office personnel. * Book domestic and international travel. * Manage multiple calendars, and create and track agendas. * Manage communications inside and outside of the customer organizations for event confirmations, travel itineraries, and other needs. * Communicate effectively with executive level staff, using excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Using superior time management skills, manage multiple tasks and competing priorities for the Front Office team. * Maintain professionalism, productively and poise in a fast-paced environment. * Leverage a deep understanding of the customer space and proper interactions with multiple stakeholders across the organization.
